ROPES and LADDERS
High Ropes Adventure in the heart of Snowdonia
Dares and scares for families, groups or individuals in
a beautiful woodland setting. Aerial challenges, zip line, climbing
wall, pole climbs, trapeze leap and giant swing. Spectacular views
of the mountains and lakes from the top of the highest activity
tower in the U.K. Our qualified instructors lead activity sessions
of about 2 hours duration with all equipment provided.
Your instructor will fit you with your safety harness and helmet
before leading you out for your adventure. What happens next? Maybe
the aerial obstacles with balances, scrambles swinging yardarm and
drawbridge and that’s only the mid-level. If your confidence
is growing maybe the top deck beckons.at At 40 feet off the ground
it certainly gives space beneath your feet!
Back to the ground: Why not take the express route via the zip line
through the centre of the site?
Climb up a 35 feet high pole to the platform and leap for the trapeze.
Too close? We can always make it further. Team building? Climb a
pole to join your friends on an impossibly small platform; you’ll
have to work together on this one to get “high all aboard”.
Alternatively climb our wall with routes to take your first steps
and routes to test the most experienced climbers.
Enjoy looking at views? Climb on board the giant swing, up to 3
at a time, and take in the mountains and lakes. You can see them
all suspended at 35 feet up. What goes up must come down! An air
rushing, clothes flapping sweep of excitement takes you on an express
journey to remember as you swoop down through the trees….and
up…..and down….
There are lots more activities at Ropes and Ladders than you’ll
achieve in a single visit but your instructor will pack as much
as possible into your 2 hour session.
